The National Lottery Site not working people around the UK faces issue with website and App
Many people encountered difficulties when trying to access the application due to around 1500 reported issues at approximately 6:30 am earlier today.
There was also another surge in reported issues at around 11 pm last night, with approximately 2200 blackouts being reported to Downdetector UK.
Approximately 53% of the reported blackouts were related to the application, while 41% and 6% were associated with the website and login, respectively.
Issues were reported nationwide, with notable concentrations in Glasgow, Manchester, and London.
Users experiencing difficulties logging into the National Lottery app and website
Several Public Lottery customers took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to complain about the apparent outage. One person wrote: “Come on, @TNLUK, your app and website have been down since 9pm last night. It’s ridiculous that it’s still not fixed.”
Another user added: “Has anyone been able to log in to the public lottery site or use the app since 9pm last night? @TNLUK, will the issue be resolved in time for today’s draw, or will it take longer to fix?”
A third customer said: “The National Lottery app is experiencing issues, most likely due to the IT disruption earlier today.”
